How it Works
When booking a session with Mutokudo, we recommend choosing an hour block in the day to give back to your team members. This time slot should fit between meeting schedules and obligations and provide a ten minute buffer on each end of the hour for changing into comfortable sitting clothes, using the washroom, and arriving at the practice room.
After five minutes of settling in, a brief yet soothing Zazen instruction will begin, orienting your people with the form, posture, and breathing techniques for a most positive sitting.
This introduction will blend seamlessly into a twenty-five minute Zazen session, challenging and encouraging your team to concentrate whole-heartedly on nothing but the present moment.
As the session comes to a close, an opportunity for questions and future guidance will be available, before team members re-engage with their co-workers, their tasks, and their purpose with improved focus and a heightened sense of clarity for the job at hand.
